I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PREVIEW?
You will receive a preview via email within 48 hours of placing your order.
I HAVN'T RECEIVED MY PREVIEW AND IT'S BEEN OVER 48 HOURS. WHERE IS IT?
We always email a preview to you within 48 hours. Kindly check your spam/junk folder as it sometimes ends up in there. If you still cannot find it, please send an email to email@example.com and one of our team members will look into it your order.
I RECEIVED MY PREVIEW. CAN I MAKE SOME CHANGES?
Yes, as long as you havn't approved your preview, you can make as many changes as you want. This includes changes to the photo and the words. Be sure to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests.
I'VE REQUESTED SOME CHANGES TO MY CUSTOM ORDER. WHEN WILL I SEE THE UPDATES?
Please allow our team up to 72 hours to come back to you with your requested changes. We will let you know if we are unable to meet specific requests.
HOW DO I APPROVE MY PREVIEW?
You will receive an email within 48 hours with instructions on how to approve your preview.
HOW MANY WORDS DO I NEED?
You can have between 20-3000 words to form your image. Generally, the more words, the better!
DO YOU CORRECT ANY SPELLING MISTAKES?
We aren't responsible for any spelling mistakes you make, but will generally correct errors if we do come across it.
IS IT TOO LATE TO CHANGE THE WORDS?
Yes, as long as you havn't approved your preview and your order isn't in production, you can make as many changes as you want. This includes changes to the photo and the words. Be sure to send an email to email@example.com with your requests.
CAN I USE SWEAR WORDS?
Yes, you can have whatever wording you'd like!
CAN I USE PHOTOS FROM MY PHONE?
Yes, you most definitely can! We will let you know if the quality isn't good enough to print.
