It's been a challenging year for all of us. Many families and businesses have been hit hard with the current state of our world, and we've all had to adapt to a tough situation we're living in.

While we are working around the clock to make sure your orders are received at the earliest possible time, we understand that our delivery partners will be facing a very challenging Christmas season this year due to COVID-19.

With this being said, we want to make sure you’re prepared with the best possible information to make sure your Christmas orders arrive on time.



For any Christmas orders this year, we encourage all our customers to order as early as possible. We will provide clearer guidance as we get closer to Christmas, but for now our best advice is to order as early as possible to minimise as much as possible any delivery concerns!


A majority of deliveries are being completed as per our timeframes on our website. But please know that there can be delays of up to a week, especially during the Christmas time, which are out of our control, when couriers experience an influx of deliveries. 

We ask for your understanding if your order is affected by any freight network delays.

Rest assured, this additional delivery time will not affect the quality of your finished product.

If you placed your order before December 10, and are worried that your order will not get to you on time, please email us at and we can provide you with a free downloadable version of your image so that you can download and print it yourself as a backup. This is normally valued at $49.



Timeframes are broken into two sections - the processing time to create your preview and have your order produced' and then the timeframe from when it is shipped out of our warehouse to your door. Please see timeframes for both below:

Business Day 0: You place your order
Business Day 1 & 2: You will receive your preview within 48 hours to approve

Business Day 0: Once you approve you preview, your order goes into production
Business Day 4-6: Receive tracking details for your order
Business Day 5 - 15: Receive your order 5-15 working days from when you approve your preview.

Please allow for extra days during the Christmas period. Delivery has also been impacted by COVID in some areas.





1K Words and its partners continue to closely monitor the advice and instructions from government and health officials regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. From a production perspective, everything is running as normal. Our production facilities have implemented the necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of workers. These measures include:

Reduction in staff numbers per shift to maintain social distancing

Separation of shifts instead of overlapping shifts

Strict hand sanitisation practices
